This scarf looks complicated but actually it is very simple.
SKILL LEVELMATERIALS Medium (worsted) weight wool yarn Size 5.0mm crochet hook ABBREVIATIONS AND SYMBOLS DC = Double Crochet (
) INSTRUCTION: Row 1) Make 23 chains On the 5th chain from the hook [2 DC + CH 1 + 2 DC and Skip 3]* 4 times + 2 DC + CH 1 + 2 DC and Skip 1 + 1 DC Row 2) Chain 3 + [2 DC + CH 1 + 2 DC in the CH 1 space of the previous shell]* repeat 4 more shells and 1 DC in the end. Row 3) Repeat Row 2 until the desired length of the scarf.
The shamrock is worn as a badge on the lapel. Three is Ireland’s magic number and the three petals that make up the shamrock is supposed to bring good luck.

INSTRUCTION
Magic Loop + Chain 1 and into the loop
Rnd 1) Color White : Chain 1 + 1 SC + 1 HDC + 2 DC (Mark the last loop with a stitch marker and change color)
Color Green : Chain 1 + 1 SC + 1 HDC + 2 DC
Rnd 2) Color Green : 2 DC in the next 5 stitches (Mark the last loop with a stitch marker and pick the next color)
Color White : 2 DC in the next 15 stitches (Mark the last loop with a stitch marker and pick the next color)
Rnd 3) Color Green : 2 DC in the next 5 stitches + [2 DC + 1 DC]* 12 times + 2 DC and finish off.
Color White : 2 DC in the next 5 stitches + [2 DC + 1 DC + 1 DC]* 4 times + 2 DC and finish off.
A granny square is a piece of square fabric produced in crochet by working in rounds from the center outward. Granny squares are traditionally handmade.
The familiar granny square is a special form of square motif.
Row 1: Make a loop and secure the thread to the ring and make 1SC for 26 times inside the loop

Row 1: Make a loop and secure the thread to the ring and make 1SC for 25 times inside the loop
Row 2: 1SC in each stitch around
Row 3: Slip stitch + (Chain 6 skip 2 stitches and slip stitch on the next stitch) Repeat 8 times.
Row 4: Change color and 1SC in each stitch around


Row 1: Make a knot on one side of the ring to secure it and 1 SC inside the ring until you have 27 stitches.
Row 2: 1 SC around
Row 3: (1 Decrease SC in the next 2 stitches + 1 SC in the next 3 stitches) * – Repeat * till end.
